Priscilla is the Founder & Principal of Norwood Hart Consulting. She uses her strategic, financial, and operational skills to design scalable organizations in the social impact, education, and nonprofit space. She offers a unique understanding of impact and business. Priscilla has worked across the entire vertical of Pre-K - 12 Public education, in both the private, public, and charter networks.

She is currently Vice President, Strategic Growth and Finance for The New Teacher Project (TNTP). Prior to joining TNTP, Priscilla was a Partner for Loans, Facilities & Finance at Wildflower Schools. Prior to joining Wildflower Schools, Priscilla was Chief Strategy Officer at BRICK Education Network and Vice President of Finance & Operations at Aspire Public Schools. She holds an MBA from Texas A & M University–Commerce, Certification in Non-Profit Finance from Kellogg Executive Education at Northwestern University, and a certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University.
