Not of this world Yet also the mother of all mankind Rooted Fruitful Not comprehended Yet also the orators of complexity in simplest forms Ingenious Unmatched Not celebrated Yet also continually replicated Ethereal Envied Not for the faint or heart Not for the insecure, unsure or threatened Not your experiment Not your thrill The essence of all you wish and all you never will be Our ancestors' perpetual dreams So walk tall, own what has always been yours Be proud Black woman For they can never break the source.
